  • Custom Orders: Personalized items or special orders.

  • Final Sale: Any items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Final Sale" event.

  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable under any circumstances.

The Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the transaction.
